Spanish Doll Convention

Toca ya empezar a organizar las mesas de la cena de gala. Este año, os pedimos que os vayáis uniendo en grupos de 8 a 10 personas con un jefe de mesa. Os informamos que el hotel recomienda mesas de 8 personas para estar muy cómodo, aunque caben 10 personas (un poco más apretadito). Eso sí, este año no se aceptará ninguna mesa de más de 10 personas.

Ya sabéis que para que tenga validez, todos tendréis que estar de acuerdo tanto en el grupo en que estáis situado como con el jefe de mesa elegido.

Recordad que el jefe de mesa será el encargado de liderar la mesa en todo momento.

Enviad un e-mail con vuestra propuesta de mesa de al menos 6 personas a convencion.barbie@yahoo.es. ¡Os contestaremos con la confirmación lo antes posible! La organización se encargará de completar las mesas y de encontrar sitio a los nuevos que así lo necesiten.

It’s time to organize the tables of the Gala Dinner. This year, we ask you to join in groups of 8 to 10 people with a table host. Everyone will have to agree with joining the table and with the choice of the table host. For your information, the hotel recommends tables of 8 people to be more comfortable, but tables of 10 people are feasible (being a little more tightened). Please note that this year we won’t accept any table with more than 10 people.

Remember that the table host will be in charge of leading the table at all times.

Send us an e-mail with your table proposal of at least 6 people to convention.barbie@yahoo.es. We will answer as soon as possible! The Organization will complete the tables and find a place for the new comers who may need it.
